What we collect
When you use Saathi Assist, we may collect: account information (such as email, if you create an account), check-in content you choose to share (text, mood selections, voice notes), usage data (features used, session duration), and technical data (device type, browser, approximate region). We do not sell your emotional data.
How we use your data
We use your data to provide the Saathi Assist experience, generate gentle AI reflections, improve product safety and quality, and communicate with you about the service. Aggregated, anonymised data may be used to understand community-level trends. Institutional partners never receive individual user content.
AI and your reflections
Saathi uses AI to reflect on what you share. AI responses are not medical advice, diagnosis, or therapy. Do not rely on Saathi for emergency or crisis situations. See our Terms of Use for limitations.
Data sharing
We do not sell personal data. We do not share individual check-ins with employers, schools, or partner organisations. We may share data with trusted service providers who help us operate the product (hosting, analytics), under strict confidentiality obligations. We may disclose data if required by law.
Data retention and security
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit and access controls, though no system is perfectly secure.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us at support@sankshit.com to exercise these rights.
Children
Saathi Assist is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
Saathi Assist is not for emergencies.
